We process all in-stock, non-customized orders within 1-2 business days. Embroidered products ordered using our online personalization options generally ship within 4-5 business days.

Within the United States: We charge a low $2.99 per order for US Postal Service Priority Mail shipping: typically 2-4 business days however this is not guaranteed. All orders ship from our warehouse in Victor, NY. We also offer FedEx 2-Day shipping at just $14.99 per order, or FedEx Standard Overnight shipping at $24.99 per order, within the lower 48 States.

Canada: All shipments to Canada are via US Postal Service, for just $14.99 per order.

International Shipping: We use the U.S. Postal Service to ship internationally. Please contact us for personal service and overseas shipping quote. Also, please note that we are not responsible for any customs charges, duties or taxes, as we cannot determine what those charges will be in advance of shipment. Please contact your local customs or post office for this information.
