Shipping Policy

We process all orders without customization within 1-2 days. If embroidery is needed, the order will be processed in 5-10 days.

Within the United States: We charge a low-cost $2.99 per order for UPS ground shipping. All orders ship from our warehouse in Victor, NY. See the map to determine the shipping time to your location. We also offer UPS Second Day shipping at $14.99 per order.

International Shipping: We use the postal service to ship internationally. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs charges, duties or taxes. Unfortunately, we also can not determine what those charges will be in advance of shipment. For that information, you need to contact your local customs office or inquire at the post office.
