We want you to be completely satisfied with your SailorBag. If it fails to live up to your expectations in any way, please return it to us and we will replace it or refund your money.

Returns and exchanges

To exchange for another item:

For fastest service, call or email us to request the new item. We’ll have to charge you for the new item, but will immediately credit the returned item when received. You may also just return the original item, and include a note with the details about your desired exchange. Personalized items cannot be returned, unless we made an error or the product is defective.

For return and refund:

Return the item(s) to the address below, along with your instructions and any information you have about your order. If you have the original paperwork for the order, please return a copy. Please be sure to give us your complete name, address, phone number, and email address, and the approximate date of order, if available. For your own protection, send returns (whether for refund or exchange) by UPS, Federal Express, or U.S. Mail with tracking/delivery confirmation.
